- A comprehensive individual report.
- A leadership coach who helps each leader to transform their own thinking and their impact on their teams.

- Leaders becoming more self-aware and therefore accepting why and where development is needed.
- Application of the Investment in Excellence® concepts, focusing on the leader’s thought patterns, their impact on their team and new strategies identified.
The initial Leadership Alignment℠ coaching session is 2-hours, followed by an appropriate number of 1-2 hour monthly coaching sessions.
