Leadership Alignment℠

The greatest impact on organisational transformation, whether in the private or public sector, comes through the transformation of leadership behaviours. The Pacific Institute's® Leadership Alignment℠ process contrasts a leader's own ideal view of leadership against the impact responses of their direct reports, providing comprehensive feedback and a strategy to develop desired leadership behaviours.

How does it work?

The key focus for development in this process includes:

  • Powerfully structured feedback, via an on-line confidential questionnaire, from up to 8 direct reports.
  • A comprehensive individual report.
  • A leadership coach who helps each leader to transform their own thinking and their impact on their teams.

What can you expect?

  • Leaders understanding how they are shaping the performance of others in their organisation and the impact on culture.
  • Leaders becoming more self-aware and therefore accepting why and where development is needed.
  • Application of the Investment in Excellence® concepts, focusing on the leader’s thought patterns, their impact on their team and new strategies identified.

The initial Leadership Alignment℠ coaching session is 2-hours, followed by an appropriate number of 1-2 hour monthly coaching sessions.

“Faced with creating a compelling vision and a change agenda for our European Organisation, we commissioned a piece of work with the Pacific Institute®. The end result was an aligned and excited Leadership team that flowed through to a focused organisation and ultimately resulted in our European Region exceeding our Objectives last year. We achieved significant cultural and commercial value from working with the team at The Pacific Institute® and had a lot of fun doing it.”
