Leadership Impact Analysis (LIA) is a powerful analytical tool which helps senior leaders to dramatically increase their leadership effectiveness.
How does it work?
LIA provides feedback and coaching to individual leaders, defining their leadership in terms of the overall impact that the leader has on the organisation and on its members. Together with the Investment In Excellence tools, LIA supports leaders in decreasing or increasing specific behaviours in order to positively impact their organisational culture.
Feedback is gathered via a questionnaire (usually online) about the individual's leadership style; it is completed by the leader and up to 8 others who regularly experience his/her leadership behaviours. Data gathered from the questionnaire describes the leader's current leadership impact and the strategies he or she practices as a leader.
This allows individual leaders to review their own perception of their leadership strategies compared to descriptions by others, and reveals how they are shaping the performance of others in their organisation.
What can you expect?
The combined questionnaire responses result in a comprehensive individual report that is presented to each leader in a confidential coaching session, comparing the current impact they have on people to the ideal impact they envision. The Pacific Institute coach then works with the leader in further sessions to develop the changed behaviours and new strategies identified by the leader. The Pacific Institute also works with teams of leaders to produce composite leadership reports and feedback.
