Our Approach
Over the last four decades, we at the Pacific Institute (TPI) have been making a massive difference to the performance of organisations and communities across the world. How? By working with leaders to create organisations that turn potential into performance.
Our approach is tailored to the needs of our clients and has a track record of causing personal and organisational transformation. The transformation process starts at the individual level (ME), works its way to team level (WE), before rapidly emerging at the wider organisational level (US). These powerful processes ensure alignment in this ME, WE and US journey of transformation.
TPI’s TRANSFORMATION PROCESSES
One of the biggest challenges seems to be "how do you get people to change?" We achieve this by first giving people and teams insight into what needs to change, and then providing powerful structured processes to enable them to make changes quickly and for the long term. Our processes provide the opportunity to qualify and quantify areas needing improvement, and the appropriate metrics to compare progress - this enables them to truly measure long-term success, resulting in greater productivity and people engagement.
Our approach draws on, and is supported by, some of the world's leading researchers in the domains of cognitive psychology, neural sciences and culture change processes in organisations. These internationally recognised figures include, in particular, Dr Albert Bandura (Stanford University) and Prof Martin Seligman (University of Pennsylvania).
