Executive IIE Open Programme, Scotland

TPI will be holding an Open IIE programme for executive leaders in Scotland over 27, 28, 29 October (Phase 1) and 25, 26 November (Phase 2). The programme is open to leaders, decision makers and influencers across the Private, Public and Enterprise sectors and will be led by Dougie Potter, an Executive Facilitator with over ten years experience in delivering performance improvement and cultural change management programmes with The Pacific Institute.
IIE takes the participant on a detailed cognitive journey into the world of critical thinking and decision making, allowing a fundamental education into how and why we think and act the way we do. It is this level of understanding that allows us to properly make changes to our performance at a level deep enough to ensure it will be maintained.
