Leadership Impact Analysis (LIA) Lifestyles Inventory (LSI) Organisational Cultural Effectiveness Survey (OCES), Vision Achievement and Organisational Alignment (VA and OA) are transformational tools used with adults within an organisational context.

7. Q How do I place an order for programme packs or other Pacific Institute materials?
A You can either contact the office directly via enquiries@pacificinstitute.co.uk or telephone us on 0207 7279837.
8. Q How much time should I allow before placing an order for programme packs or other Pacific Institute materials?
A Ideally we would like at least 1 week's notice before the required delivery date for the materials. This ensures that you get the materials in adequate time before running your programme and will prevent you incurring penalty charges from our couriers for last-minute orders. We recommend that you request your materials to be delivered at least 2 working days before your programme is due to start. The minimum amount of notice we need to place an order is 4 working days before the required delivery date for the materials.

10. Q I recently attended a Pacific Institute programme and would like further information about becoming a Pacific Institute facilitator for my organisation.

11. Q I am interested in working for The Pacific Institute as a freelance facilitator. How do I go about this?
A Thank you for your interest in our work. Our primary focus is about building internal capacity in organisations so they can integrate our programmes into their portfolio and we think this is the most effective way of developing people and organisations. Consequently we do not engage a large number of our own facilitators. Since the vast majority of our work is directly with organisations, The Pacific Institute does not normally engage with freelance or independent contractors.
