About Us

The Pacific Institute was founded in Seattle in 1971, by Lou and Diane Tice. Using powerful concepts aimed at getting people to understand their own potential and how to apply it, the organisation has grown from strength to strength. The Institute now works in over 50 countries, consulting with clients to deliver high performance and cultural transformation in organisations, local and central government, health, criminal justice, community regeneration and education systems, with a proven track record of success.

On an individual level, the approach has such a tremendous impact in transforming quality of life. Renewed energy, the attainment of personal and professional goals and happier, more aware and more optimistic people are just some of the results.

Organisationally, TPI shows leaders and staff how to move beyond perceived and actual obstacles to growth, and translate their potential into performance. The core processes used focus on developing self-efficacy, self and collective belief, and accountability. People are enabled to examine their individual and collective habits, attitudes, beliefs and expectations. The tools and processes that are provided support the deepening of purpose and vision, the focus on customers and stakeholders, and the development of accountability for results at every level..
