The TPI Intervention
- A Cultural Alignment℠ survey and subsequent resurvey.
- A whole staff rollout for Investment in Excellence® and training of internal facilitators for Investment in Excellence® and STEPS®.
Key Results
- Internal facilitators were trained to provide the capacity to deliver further Investment in Excellence® programmes to staff.
- STEPS® is to be offered to parents of academy students.
- The Academy has indicated that staff have demonstrated increased levels of energy, self-awareness and motivation after completing the programmes.
