The TPI Intervention
- A Cultural Alignment℠ survey and subsequent resurvey was undertaken.
- A whole staff rollout for Investment in Excellence® and training of internal facilitators for Investment in Excellence®, STEPS® and PX2®.
- The senior leadership team has undertaken the Team Alignment process, utilising the Blueprint tool.
Key Results
- Cultural Alignment℠ surveys indicated a 35% improvement in organisational culture.
- PX2® is being delivered at scale to college students.
- In 2007 the OFSTED inspection classed The Manchester College as outstanding.
- The Manchester College has been ranked in the top 5% for inspection grades and top 2% for added value for learner experience.
