Nature of Project
Implementing The Pacific Institute®’s curriculum with a charity that provides support and development, housing and accomodation and employability skills training for over 1500 pan-disabled clients a year.
The Challenge
To help equip unemployed disabled clients, entering Enham’s various vocational programmes, with skills for raising efficacy, effectiveness, motivation, attitudes and aspiration.
The TPI Intervention
Investment in Excellence® and STEPS® rolled out to staff.
Internal STEPS® and PX2® facilitators trained to deliver those programmes to clients.
Key Results

- STEPS® is a key element of Enham’s STEP2Employment programme and part of the introduction to the year long programme within the first 3 weeks.
- PX2® is being used successfully with younger clients.
- Enham is leading the way in adopting the Level 2 Award in Developing Effective Thinking Skills (QCF), a national award which has been designed around STEPS® and PX2®.
