The TPI Intervention
- An extensive examination of culture using the Cultural Alignment℠ model.
- Mass staff rollout of the Investment in Excellence® programme.
Key Results
- From 2006 to March 2010, the investment in the workforce training and leadership programme has been approximately $826,000 (£510,307).
- Administration negotiated a price of $445 (£275) per employee for four days of intensive training. Projects that were impacted on estimate a saving made of $65 (£40.15) million with a further potential increase in revenue of around $3 (£1.85) million annually.
- The alignment of teams, managers and front line staff has been an outstanding result, with increased levels of cooperation and enthusiasm.
- Unions and management seem to be working together towards a common goal.
